I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Hansen and the entire staff! My son and I both had appointments yesterday, and Dr. Hansen was absolutely amazing with both of us. She was incredibly kind, patient, thorough, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made us feel comfortable and confident in our care. She was especially wonderful with my son, making the experience easy and enjoyable for him. I also want to give a special thank you to Erika, who went above and beyond helping me choose both glasses and contacts. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process so much easier. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she genuinely cared about helping me find the best options for my needs. From start to finish, everyone was friendly, professional, and welcoming. It's clear that patient care is a top priority here. We left feeling well taken care of and couldn't be happier with our experience. I highly recommend Dr. Hansen, Erika, and this entire office to anyone looking for exceptional eye care!

The optical portion if this office is great! Erika and Megan always make me feel welcomed. They are experts in their field which made my experiences amazing every time! I will continue coming here for the service, speed and accuracy of service. Keep up the great work!

Very nice and clean office. Friendly and professional help. Knowledgeable, respectful and helpful.

Went to this place last year for my annual eye exam. I was able to make a appt and get in fairly quickly which I liked. I randomly chose Dr. Hansen because my insurance was accepted there. This place was crazy busy I guess its kid heavy. Front desk staff were very occupied but it bothered me none. Dr. Hansen was great and personable, moved quickly. But the godsend for me was her tech, the woman of Jamaican descent she was awesome. I am notoriously difficult at the eye doctor- extremely watery eyes, can't keep them open, super sensitive to light...its like a movie. However I did not phase her one bit. She even offered a different maneuver to help successfully dilate my eyes. I did not sense one bit of frustration from her and for that I thank her. Sadly, their glasses selection sucked though and they knew it .....so I did have to go somewhere else for that. Nice place nonetheless.
