I've now had several appointments with Dr. Cheng, and every one of them has exceeded my expectations. What continues to impress me most, is the amount of time she dedicates to making sure I leave her office with the perfect prescription. At no point did I ever feel rushed, and I knew without question that I had her undivided attention. Dr. Cheng's thorough evaluation and thoughtful explanation of each step, helped me better understand my eye health, as well as made me feel completely confident. Dr. Cheng is warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely invested in her patients' eye health. She takes the time to educate you, answers every question with patience, and offers practical, personalized recommendations without ever making you feel like you're being sold a product. Every suggestion is clearly made with her patients' best interests at heart. It's rare to find a provider who combines exceptional clinical expertise with genuine compassion and friendliness. I simply cannot recommend Dr. Tina Cheng highly enough. She is thorough, knowledgeable, and truly cares about her patients. If you're looking for an optometrist, there's no need to look any further, in my opinion. Dr. Cheng is the one to see! (Pun absolutely intended.) 👁️👁️

Dr. Tina Cheng is an extremely knowledgeable doctor. She is detailed oriented so she doesn't miss a thing! She is kind, compassionate and a clear communicator who explains everything she is doing. She is honest and helpful and does not "push" you into extra tests or products if they are not needed, which is very important to me. Her practice is light and inviting and clean. I cannot say enough about her and the way she practices! Go see her and I know you will love her.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Tina. She was incredibly patient, kind, and professional while helping my 10-year-old son. She took the time to explain everything in a way that made him feel comfortable and at ease, and we never felt rushed. She even took the time and demonstrated how to put contacts in for my son. Dr. Tina is amazing and goes above and beyond for her patients! A few months ago I had an eye emergency and called the office at 7:30am, in hopes to at least be able to leave a message to schedule the same-day appointment. Dr. Tina called me right back and asked if I was available to come in right away. She saw me at 7:45 in the morning! The way she runs her business brings a sense of community to the westside that's sometimes hard to find.

Excellent first experience with Bliss Optometry. From the very beginning, my interactions with the receptionist/phone scheduler was extremely communicative and helpful, and Dr. Huang was professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I felt listened to and supported throughout the appointment. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure to purchase anything, which is important to me; just honest guidance, education, and space to make informed decisions. Which then prompted me to make an informed purchase that I feel good about. Now I’m just awaiting my order. Highly recommend!
