The entire staff from walking in to walking out are phenomenal! Dr. Sarah is fantastic with children! She connects and makes them feel comfortable . She is knowledgeable and stays current with all the new information and technology to better diagnose and treat eyes. I would not take my granddaughter anywhere else.

As far as the eye exam itself, they are very good. I brought my daughter here on referral from my husband. The doctor was very good explaining everything to us and everyone made her feel comfortable during her first eye exam. Getting glasses on the other hand is a different story. My daughter and I came out and during check out they informed me of self pay packages they had, told me my total of my exam and left it at that. No telling me about said packages, no picking out frames nothing. Basically it was here is your bill, pay and leave feeling. I got my glasses elsewhere.
I was referred to Dr. Matthew McBride in early October 2024, and he and his staff have always been very compassionate, professional and efficient. He was instrumental in developing a vital element of the treatment plan for my issues and his expertise has been extremely valuable in me being able to overcome major vision deficits and progressing to where I have today. I am a stroke survivor. His team has become a vital part of my own. From the first appointment to the most recent -- through the Prism Lenses, through much recovery... Dr. Matt is a MVP in my book!
I wanted to follow up and give a shout out to Dr. David Sims. He was awesome. Explained everything in detail. And we had a thorough discussion about my eye care. I have a lot of eye history and see an ophthalmologist annually. I needed a new prescription for my eyeglasses as I had damaged my current pair of glasses and thought they would last me for another year before I went back to the ophthalmologist so Dr. Sims was very accommodating and getting me exactly what I wanted as appointments at the ophthalmologist were more than a month away and I needed new glasses soon to replace the ones I had damaged. I really appreciate them accommodating me as quickly as they could. Great experience!
My favorite place to go to get my eyes check and to get new glasses. The doctors are very friendly, respectful, professional, and they inform you about anything you want to know. There is a good selection of glasses and the staff talk you through the different options available.
