Blue Sky Vision Eye Care

Well I was very happy with husbands surgery and the timing, nurses, scheduling, etc. However a few months later and I have questions, and its dang near impossible to reach anyone at a physical location!!!! 4 options tried- all out of US call centers, finally hit surgery dept and got a lady, however she couldnt transfer. Make sure to save your packet with direct phone numbers or Good Luck!!!!

This appointment left us with more eye irritation than we started with, and far less hope. Severe lack of compassion and knowledgeability. We left without having received any worthwhile information or guidance. What was expressed to the doctor rolled right off her, and what she expressed to us was anecdotes and excuses but no honest information or steps to provide help, and no accountability for the lack thereof.

Nice to go to a smaller place where you can get to know people.

Dr. Wall and her staff had very professional and friendly service. Explained my insurance benefits to me and even helped me choose a nice pair of glasses! I absolutely love the vintage style of frames!

Good service - however everyone seemed extremely overwhelmed like perhaps they need more staff. The front desk girls were working overtime and seemed stressed, the doc was nice and professional (stanek) but it felt very rushed. I prefer a more relaxed atmosphere where they can spend time with you and you don’t have to wait in the waiting room and then go back into the room again because they don’t have enough rooms to see the patients. Feels impersonal. This doesn’t say anything negative about the doctor just think they need better staffing and maybe focus more on quality vs quantity.
