Love this location is close to my residence BUT they never have your prescription ready! You sit in a line FOREVER to be told come back in 10min…..to wait another 30 min in a line. Extremely frustrating for as much as meds cost.
First time I go there I used the check out option mobile. And click provide payment at check out. When I inform them im meat with a snarky "I know!'. So this time I didnt tell them. And im charged with the card I've tried to remove from my account several times. When I tell the girl this she says "Its $20 is that big of a deal?"
Slowest pharmacy this side of the Mississippi. Impressive that it hasn’t improved for the past 3 years I’ve used them. 20 minute waits in the drive thru because they don’t hire enough employees and underpay the ones they do hire
This pharmacy and the staff are always amazing and pleasant, no matter how busy. I have never had a bad interaction, maybe some should look at how they are towards the employees. Kudos to the staff!!!
