I called for my yearly appointment since they didn’t call to tell me it was overdue and I told them my eyes were acting up and I was told by Dr Steele himself that where I have auto immune disorders and eye issues that pop up within a few days that I would be able to get in to be seen in a timely manner. I was told they were booked two months out and that I would not get in before then. I explained my conditions and basically the girl that answered the phone DID NOT CARE. I even ask if I could call back maybe weekly to see if anyone had cancelled and was told no they were booking into July and that was that. I hope Dr Steele or whomever he works for sees their reviews because the staff should not be able to dictate when someone with medical issues that are ongoing with their eyes are important enough to be seen or have to wait two months for possible damage to be done if it is a medical issue. And this is not the first time I have had this issue with Bluegrass Vision. Then you need better records because I have been seeing Dr Steele for the last couple years AFTER he came back to Morehead from Georgetown but thanks for calling me a liar I will make sure I find someone else that actually will get a CURRENT AND ESTABLISHED patient in.

I can never get them to answer the phone. I was on hold for 8 minutes this time and still nobody picked up but it seems others tend to have the same issue. I love both of the doctors and they do great work everytime, I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Steele and Dr. Brooks. I’ve been seeing Dr. Steele for almost 20 years now. It’s always hit or miss with the front office staff these days though which is disheartening.

If I could give this business more than five stars I would. I was not from Kentucky. I was from out of state and I only had one pair of contacts and the ladies in this office. Especially Rebecca were a huge help. There was not any other eye vision place that was willing to help me with my contacts but they were and it was the usual situation. But they went above and beyond and I appreciate it so much. I would definitely recommend going to see them

Aweful. Do not answer the phone, have to ring 7x. Glasses not ready after way more than allocated time. Called and explained I was going to my mother's 90 birthday in Africa- each time they did nothing to expedite my glasses. When I walked into the office - it seemed real nice, I have been served all over the globe for my glasses in my 63 years. THIS WAS THE WORST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED.. NEVER AGAIN HERE

I had the best experience ever here! The first thing I noticed as I got there was that it was a very clean place, and cozy atmosphere. The people were absolutely amazing!! They were so friendly, patient, and helpful with everything from check in, insurance stuff, to working with and have exceptional patience with my children. This is the biggest thing for me because I have a child who has autism. They weren't just nice to him, they were AMAZING with him. My last experience at an eye doctor with my son was horrible so he was really nervous about going. Dr. Steele and his staff here changed my sons perspective on eye appointments!! I will continue to go here from now on!
