Great service short wait times Neice and Clean office very professional staff. Dr Evans is a wonderful doctor. Very pleasant to talk to and explains things thoroughly. I feel like you had a great eye exam. I’ve been going there for years and wouldn’t think about switching over.

I had a pleasurable exam at the Morehead office..everyone is so nice there they listen and care. Friendly kind and have great manners.. I forgot her name but the tech who did my tests was great, talked like she had known me for years (she was blonde and wore glasses) I mentioned her to Dr.Evans. Dr.Bryant Evans is very knowledgeable and tries to explain the results of the exam and if something needs correcting he gives you that option. Overall..I would give them a 10 out of 10.
I don't give full stars on any first visit. I had a very good experience. The staff was great and so was Dr. Evans. Can't wait to get my laser done in Oct. Sept. dates just didn't work for me.
I am always treated like a VIP as are all the patients are here, the front desk staff folks are amazing , caring and professional Every assistant I have worked with have been attentive and knowledgeable and care about the patients , and Dr Evans is simply the best he cares about my health and is very thorough about my eye health and treatment I have been with this practice for years and grateful for them simply superb!!!!! Actual time with staff getting tested was good. Two hour wait past appointment until called for testing was frustrating. Getting a new prescription for glasses was good. Not having an optician to process an order for glasses and having the staff not be aware that the optician had left without notifying them was another waste of time. Service for eye exam was good. Processing time, wait time, and poor communication between staff needs to be fixed.
