Office was very attractive and clean. They had a good selection of frames and front desk Staff was very pleasant and professional. Sam, Dr. Isley assistant/colleague was very pleasant and professional, and you could tell she really loved her job. Dr. Isley, OD, was great. He explained all aspects of the exam and provided information about the eye chart test that I had never had explained to me in all my years of going to an eye doctor, which has been since second grade. He was open about my questions and took the time to explain everything to me during my appointment. Overall, this is a very good business, and I would recommend it to anyone who asked. probably to people who didn’t ask as well🙂

Everyone in this office is wonderful! Sam was very friendly and professional getting me tested before seeing the doctor. Dr. Eisley is a great, very thorough doctor, and Elizabeth was great at helping me pick out my new pair of glasses. Very nice neighborhood feel. Love this place!

Super friendly and efficient! Even though they were short staffed that morning I never felt like anyone rushed to help me and answer questions. Very thorough. I found my new eye doctor!!

I gave this office two chances for my contact lens care, but unfortunately had a disappointing experience both years. Last year, I waited over a month for my contact lenses to arrive. After contacting the office, I learned the order had never been placed and was given several explanations for the delay. My order confirmation only came through after I followed up, which was frustrating. This year, to avoid another ordering issue, I simply requested that my contact lens prescription be emailed to me so I could order the lenses myself. My appointment was on June 23, but I never received the prescription. I called on June 26 and left a message. On June 29, I was told the doctor had forgotten to finalize my prescription before leaving on vacation and that it would be completed first thing on July 6. When that still didn’t happen, I had to call a third time before finally receiving my prescription. Needing to repeatedly follow up for something as essential as a contact lens prescription is frustrating, especially when you rely on contacts to see. Unfortunately, because of the repeated lack of follow-through, I won’t be returning.

I’ve known Dr. Eisley for years at the previous practice he worked at. He’s always been great, courteous, professional, and informative. He always has suggestions and a plan of attack to better my eye care. The rest of the staff at Bluetree EyeCare are great as well. Shout out to their front desk lady/assistant who is awesome. Great care all around. Highly recommended!
