Excellent customer/patient service! Dr. Matthew Sisson and his team were very good to me and thoroughly tested my eyes. I felt respected and appreciated. They even took my insurance that many other Optometrists would not accept. So many frame options! I am getting a great pair of designer glasses with all the fixings at a responsible price. We went to the wrong location. We called to let them know we went to the wrong one and told them we were on our way. The Dr took us even though we were late and took care of us. The Dr was incredible, explained everything clearly and was very professional. The process of picking new frames and getting our lenses sorted out was smooth and easy and everything went great. Our glasses came in sooner than we thought they would. Great place to go, professional friendly staff and great prices.
The staff at optic gallery is beyond amazing. The doctor was very very thorough with my exam and my sons. He took his time to truly make sure what my 5 year old was trying to tell him and even triple checked. The front staff was so patient and caring while helping us find glasses and being understanding with kids. We will be going there regularly now!!
I use to go to Costco for my basic yearly exam. Until I found this place, I didn’t understand the importance of having a very thorough examination of the eyes until I encountered this place. The doctor’s assistant Vanesa is super helpful and friendly. As well as the other staff. Vanesa called me to notify me that my insurance won’t cover until march and would be ideal to reschedule. In which I did. Not only do they deal with eye prescriptions they also help with other issues. I unfortunately got a stye in my eye in a pretty bad condition. The doctor was able to fix the problem!
Megan was amazing!!! She remembered my name after not coming in for months. That to me shows great customer service. She was friendly and so helpful. The doctor and Megan are the reasons I will come back. The lady who helps with ordering glasses was not the friendliest. Thanks for being so amazing!!! Megan is one of a kind.
