Bluffton Total Eyecare

We have been using Bluffton Total Eye Care for eyewear for about 8 years. We both have special vision challenges and use ophthalmologists elsewhere. But their opticians are excellent, particularly Paul. Prices are very fair. Selection is very good. Service is excellent and timely. Not your overpriced one hour national or big box shop. Just honest quality and service. They accept our eyewear insurance without hesitation.

I have anxieties and had previously chosen an eye care office that fell under my insurance. About 10 minutes into the pre exam I decided the bedside manner and service were not up to par. I walked out of that office and called Bluffton Total Eye Care (which is not in my network and was self pay) where I received the best care ever. The quality of service and care for my anxiety related issues meant the world to me. The exam was thoroughly performed and I was made to feel like a person not just an appointment. I highly recommend Dr. Kathleen Clary-Brooks.

Very friendly staff. They were also very prompt. I went for my annual eye exam. They were very helpful and were able to get me new glasses for no cost. They don't have a very extensive frame selection, but I'm not very fussy when it comes to frames.
