I will not buy eyewear from anywhere else. This place is the best place in terms of service and customer care. They took the time to work with me to find frames and order them in special for me based on my preferences. Far superior customer service to any other "big name" eyeglass store I've ever visited in my 20+ years of wearing glasses. Thanks to the folks at Bob Ham! You do great work!

For the last 7 years, I've bought all my eye wear at Bob Hamm's and can't imagine doing otherwise. The selection of frames may be the best in JAX, it certainly is for children's frames. Their opticians are amazing at providing guidance for finding glasses to perfectly frame your face and meet your budget. And they will order anything you find in the catalog without commitment to buying the frames once they've arrived. Using insurance is always quick and easy. And whenever I walk in the door, they are happy to provide a quick adjustment. Just the most friendly, local small business you'll find!

Bob Ham Eyewear is where you need to go if you want quality care and glasses. They are independently owned so they do quality over quantity. They take the time to make sure you’re taken care of! Dr. Sheila Merritt and Ms. Sussy were extremely helpful. Can’t recommend enough.

I have used the services of Martijn for many years and will continue to do so. This year I called him for lens replacement due to a new prescription. He gave choices but suggested I try the lens with greater reading width, and I am happy he did!
