Had a great experience. Dr. Kicklighter was kind and professional and did a very thorough eye exam. The tech was also excellent and professional. Office staff get high marks, too. I highly recommend this practice.
Worse customer service ever! The guy was mean and nasty and it seemed as though I was an annoyance to him! I will never go back which is sad bc the optometrist was really nice and the female employer was super sweet the guy was horrible he lied and said there were no appointments and I went online and there were multiple appointments the entire day! He blatantly lied. Then tried to over charge me and I had to send him my insurance twice he casually said oh I forgot you sent it! I’ve gone in there twice and each time horrible service and will never go back.
Office staff was able to expidite an appt for me, for an eye minor eye emergency. Technician was pleasant and thorough. Dr Morgan was professional and willing to answer all my questions. Her examination was also professional and thorough. Thanks team!
Everyone in the office was very kind and friendly. I came last week with an urgent issue and they got me right in and took great care of my issue. Today I came for regular eye exam and the experience was great as well. Would highly recommend this office.
Symone is absolutely amazing. She is always willing to help and has endless patience with my son, Ladon. No matter how many pairs of glasses he breaks or messes up, she’s always happy to fix them with a smile. At this point, I’m starting to think he breaks his glasses on purpose just so he can go visit her. Thank you, Symone, for always being so kind and helpful ❤️ also all of the staff go above and beyond, and always willing to help him make his “cup of coffee” . Thank you ❤️❤️
