My grandmother my son and myself all go here for our eye dr appointments. I would give them a 10/10 for working with kids who are scared at first they take there time and help them feel so much better ! As for myself I love them too! They never have super long wait times when you come for a scheduled appointment and they have you in and out pretty quick if it’s just for your yearly eye exam ! The eye dr. Here is awesome

Shout out to my girl, Melissa M., for providing exceptional customer service! I lost my glasses, and Melissa went above and beyond to help me reorder a new pair. Thanks to her dedication, I had my replacement glasses within two weeks. I truly can’t express enough gratitude for her kindness, professionalism, and outstanding support. Thank you, Melissa, for making the process so easy and stress-free!
Pleasant as soon as I walked into office. Was met by Dawn with smile and hello. Check in was smooth. Dr Dietrich was thorough, explained procedures and results in words I could understand. Pleasant visit!
We are extremely disappointed. We had a scheduled appointment that was a couple years in the making for our now 3 year old per their recommendation due to a lazy eye he originally had as an infant. He was fairly fussy when we arrived there; however, the doctor didn’t even see him the entire time and communication was through a nurse proxy only. Due to him being “fussy”, they weren’t going to do an examination and recommended we go to Riley instead. But the doctor didn’t even want to discuss this with us and was the one who told us to take time out of our schedule to be there. So it was a wasted trip. Make a better effort to handle pediatric cases first before making recommendations to bring a 3 year old back to see you. Toddlers are going to be fussy at their precognitive development stage so if you were expecting a toddler, we expect you to be able to accommodate this or at the very least for the doctor to come out and see her patient and discuss the plan.
I went to Boling Vision Center in Goshen for my annual ophthalmological examination. Dr Dietrich was entirely professional, caring, and courteous to take the time and explain to me many aspects regarding my eyes and future prognosis. I give then my highest marks for truly outstanding EyeCare service!
