Bolt Eye Group- Riverdale

I have waited over three weeks for my glasses, and all I can be told is machine malfunctioned. Poor response to calls and lack of workers in office that only opens two days a week. I will never use their service again and will not recommend anyone order glasses from this group. The eye exams they perform are good, and that's were the adequate service ends. I am very disappointed with myself for not following the complaints of a client that was in the office at the time I was there, stating she never orders her glasses from this group.

Absolutely love this facility. They don’t leave you lingering in the lobby waiting to be seen; your appointment is your appointment. Dr. Austin is so professional and explains the results of your exam in layman’s terms. Front desk staff, especially Jennifer, are always very friendly and helpful! - Henry Reeves

Ms Kristy treated my daughters and I with so much care and went over and beyond in helping us with repairing two pairs of glasses!!! She was so amazing that I had to give her a hug!!! As they say, “Genuine kindness is hard to find,” however, Ms Kristy turned this statement a myth!!! I definitely recommend this facility to others😎 Thanks Kristy!!

Unresponsive once established as patient.. only open two days per week. Hard to book an appointment with only a select few options available online to book an appointment under. I’ve been calling for weeks to come in to replace my kids glasses and have gotten no response at all
