I’m honestly very disappointed with my experience. I went in expecting to have my procedure done and paid a $200 initial fee, only to see the MD for about five minutes. I was then told that I would need to schedule another appointment to actually have the procedure done. I understand that sometimes additional appointments may be necessary, but I feel this should have been communicated beforehand, especially considering the $200 fee. I left feeling like I had paid a significant amount of money just to have a very brief consultation and then be asked to come back another day. Not to mention my appt was suppose to be at 3:20 and was told to wait at the end of the day for the procedure to not happen and to be told it is too late to do a 5 minute procedure. I was highly disappointed.

Love love love the new doctor!! He's very knowledgeable and he took the time to describe my condition to me that no one in my 29 years has ever told me. He also gave great recommendations. And my nurse was so nice and helpful I hope I remembered her name (Christina) but she is the sweetest.

Front office staff was very rude and unprofessional…. I ask a simple question and MS. Thing act like it was a hard question instead of making us feel welcome it was just the total opposite and not only that when it was time to check out the frames /purchase the guy that was helping me and my kid basically was only trying to look out for his commission I told him I only needed basic frames he was like oh no I’m just going to add everything this insurance is paying for because it doesn’t make sense to waste this deal I’m like how you gonna tell me how to use my insurance the nerve like the customer is always right

I was contacted immediately after my PCP sent a referral to the Eye Specialist of Georgia. My appointment was very quickly scheduled at the Riverdale office. There was minimal wait time and the staff (particularly Bonnie) was very welcoming. The results from my visit were discussed with me during the visit in a clear and professional manner. I sincerely appreciated the attention devoted to addressing my concerns regarding my eye health.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They walked you through each step and welcomed questions. I could not have had a better experience.
