Excellent service from start to finish. The staff is very attentive and kind. I am extremely happy with my new glasses and how well they treated me.

So I was scheduling a diabetic eye exam for my mom, who doesn't speak English. I referred to a Vietnamese-friendly place. When I called to schedule the appointment for the afternoon, they told me the price for the exam was $130. Before I confirmed, I asked them to confirm the price with me, which they did. When my mom came in, she asked the girl who took her to the room, and she also said $130. However, after the doctor finished, they charged her $200. I was concerned about this, so I called and asked about it. They told me that they had missed the correct price, which should have been $200. I don't mind paying it, but I don't like the way they changed the price instantly, so I was very upset. Ten minutes later, they called back to my mom and told me the original price was $250, but with a discount, it was $200. To me, this is very ridiculous. I'm not sure how much they charge for a diabetic eye exam. This is not the first time I've taken my mom for an eye exam. I've called many places, and Vision Source charges $125 for an eye exam, with an additional $20 for pictures. They are more specific about their prices. But they told me the price upfront . Remember we paid $200 in cash. imagine how much they would charge with insurance. I do not recommend this place. Make sure to check the price before you come in so they don't charge you differently.
This place is amazing I have been coming here since I was a kid and they have seen me grow up from when I was a kid
My daughter thoroughly enjoyed her first visit! I'm so glad we came here
Great service! Everyone was friendly, the eye exam was smooth, and I found a pair of glasses I really like. Overall, it was a great experience.
