Boston Mountain Eye Care

Boston Mountain is an amazing eye place. They use modern machines and techniques and stay up to date. My astigmatism had never been caught before, but Dr. Lynch caught it, then he was able to do my glasses prescription so crisp and clear. He helped me with my digital eye fatigue, taught me about eye drops, and even taught me about the effect of blood sugar on the eyes. He provides excellent patient education and wonderful customer service. Besides Dr. Lynch himself, the receptionist is friendly and polite, and the glasses fitting guy has amazing fashion sense.

They decided to "discontinue me as a patient". They have refused to tell me why, just that they don't feel like seeing me again. If continuity of care is important to you, choose another provider, one without a nasty habit of stopping your care for no reason.

Boston Mountain Eyecare is such a wonderful shop with the most helpful and insightful staff when it came to my routine eye exam and picking out my glasses! Dr. Lynch is such a pleasure to work who clearly cares about his patients and takes pride in his work from start to finish. The brands they carry here aren’t from your usual designer brands but everything he carries is super unique, of the highest quality, and in my opinion worth it! Plus, the staff are so great with suggestions if you’re picky with your glasses, they put every effort forth to find you the perfect pair! This is such a gem of a store and I can’t wait for the next time I need some new glasses!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Ben Lynch and his team. He’s incredibly patient, generous with his time, and genuinely understanding. I really appreciate that this is an independent eye clinic — you can feel the difference the moment you walk in. There’s no gimmicky marketing or social media presence, just honest, professional care from people who treat every patient with dignity and respect. Dr. Lynch takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel comfortable and heard. I don’t see myself ever going to another doctor for my eye care. Simply the best.

I have been seeing Dr. Lynch for at least 7 years and there’s no where else I’d rather go. From the staff to Dr. Lynch everyone is so kind and helpful. They somehow always seem to get me in quickly, which working in a medical office myself I know that can be difficult at times. I absolutely love this clinic and the staff.
