Had lens replacement surgery with Dr. Betts and the experience was very smooth and straightforward. The gift of vision restoration cannot be overstated. Shout out to Natalie, the surgical coordinator, who explained what to expect from surgery to billing. She was so helpful, even when we had questions later.
I recommend McDonald Eye Associates to anyone looking for eye care. They are friendly, prompt, and professional. Dr Grover has taken care of both me and my hisband. He is great! He takes time with you, answers any question you may have. He is an excellent Optometrist!
I’ve had a wonderful experience with McDonald Eye Associates. They performed my cataract surgery, and the care I received from start to finish was excellent. Everyone is friendly, professional, and takes the time to answer my questions and make me feel comfortable. I continue to go there for my eye exams, and I always receive outstanding care. I’m very grateful for their kindness and expertise, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality eye care.
I’ve been a patient here for a few years now and have a good experience every time I have an exam with Dr. Grover or go to the optical side for glasses and contacts. I recenly had a pre-op appointment for cataract surgery and am so impressed by the care the staff have taken to make sure I’m informed and comfortable with the procedure. Brian was super knowledgeable and helpful as he took my eye measurements and helped me choose a lens (that will be in my eyeball forever, so kind of a big deal). I also met with Dr. Betts who answered all of my questions and put me at ease. Then I met with Natalie who truly goes above and beyond. She was super friendly and informative of the whole procedure and all pre and post appointments. She was really patient with all of my questions and has been easy to reach with any follow-up questions. Dare I say I’m excited to have eye surgery?? I’m certainly excited about seeing better and I feel like I’m in great hands with this team!
I highly recommend Dr. Burnside, I went to her office knowing that the root of my problem started with my eyes. She checked my eyes and diagnosed me with having shingles in my left eye and demodex blepharitis. Apparently, she saw something more wrong with me and called the nurse in to check me out. He checked me and said I should go straight to Urgent Care. I went to Urgent Care where I was diagnosed with pneumonia, a UTI and Covid! I am very grateful to Dr. Burnside for going the extra mile and seeing me as a patient that was very ill outside of her field of expertise. I would’ve gone home that day after seeing her and never would’ve known that I had pneumonia, a UTI or Covid! Thank you, Dr. Burnside for being a great doctor! Thank you, Dr. Burnside for being my doctor🥰
