I walked in the door as a new customer, left as a loyal customer. They greeted me immediately. They talked and joked around with me. The Dr. Answered all my questions and was very kind. They helped me pick out glasses. They wished me a great day as I left. Can't wait to get my glasses. Thank you for a great experience.

I’m very disappointed with my experience here. I had an appointment scheduled for my daughter for nearly two months. She recently lost her glasses, which are a medical necessity, and I was hoping the office would offer some affordable replacement options for low-income families. They do not. I previously paid over $300 out of pocket for her glasses, which is a significant financial burden. When I called today—less than an hour before our scheduled appointment—to confirm, I was told there were no affordability options whatsoever, and then informed that they no longer accept our insurance. This information was never communicated ahead of time, despite the appointment being scheduled for months. As a result, I had to cancel an important appointment and my child is left without glasses. Families with limited income need transparency and basic consideration when it comes to essential care. Unfortunately, this office provided neither.
Our annual visits don't take very long and once scheduled, the office sends reminders so we don't miss our exams. Once at our exam the staff is welcoming and guides us through a few simple machine test. Then doc fine tunes our vision with the charts and a few questions. Along with the charts are questions about lifestyles and anything that might be effecting the quality of life related to vision. You will definitely have a better quality of life and a better understanding of why doc does what he does, because he cares and explains things to you.
Very welcoming office. Everyone was professional kind and respectful. My first time with Dr. Kain getting an eye exam. She is very personable and easy to talk to. Highly recommend for your annual eye exam!
Loved Dr Parsons. Tech who did some of the testing needs some work though. Going to add that the opticians, which I know are separate from the Doctor's office, really need some training and improved customer service skills. I left rather than buying my glasses there because of their poor service and attention to detail.
