I couldn't get to the store until 6:40pm and the manager was vacuuming and getting ready to leave but she helped me find a new set of glasses (and a pair of sunglasses!) and got them ordered with a smile and few laughs along the way. Thank you for the lovely experience LensCrafters!

LensCrafters in Cedar Rapids Iowa has always been very helpful and good to deal with. I have an issue I can go back and they take care of it. I would recommend Cedar Rapids Lenscrafter off Edward Road.
