Dr Fitzgerald & Associates

Love love love Dr Fitzgerald. I've been seeing her for years and she really listens to you. She's very caring, empathetic, compassionate and explains everything thoroughly.

I have gone to Fitzgerald office for 25 years. My whole family goes there and a bunch of friends too. I just tried to make apt for my husband and they are booking into December now.. that is ridiculous how do they expect people to wait 8 months for an eye exam..we just love the staff. we are going to have to change doctors, not cause we want to but can’t wait that long and shouldn’t have too.. a lot of people we know are having to do the same thing for the same reason and find a new place to go.. they need to do something about that.

Appointment scheduled in 5 months. Been a long time patient. Glasses short-term quality is horrendous. Definitely dont recommend

I originally went to Fitzgerald and Associates a couple years ago for an eye exam as I felt I probably needed glasses. I have never had eye problems or the need to wear glasses. I was called back over 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment with no explanation or apology. I felt like I was rushed through my exam with little to no explanation about my vision only told I would need glasses. At that point I was sent back out front and told the glasses are all over there, basically figure it out on your own. I received no help in what to look for in purchasing a pair of glasses. More recently I went to get a pair of safety glasses as my employer uses Fitzgerald and Associates. Still not impressed. I received very little help, just shown a bunch of random glasses all thrown in drawers and felt it was up to me to figure it out. I even had to point out to the associate that the styles she was showing me were not allowed at my work as stated directly on the paperwork I gave her. When I finally made my decision and went to pick them up, the associate ordered the wrong pair.

I would like to take the time to thank Dr Fitzgerald and her team for being patient and kind to me throughout my eye appointments I've had the past few weeks.I have been dealing with some major vision changes and she for right down to the bottom of it quickly and she explained everything I can do to fix my issue and I don't always get that care at other Drs offices. Thank you for your help and hopefully I'm going in the right direction to feeling better soon-marissa
