Jim Brady is wonderful! He has a keen eye for how well a pair of frames fit a face, and does a great job stocking non-mass produced frames that are well made and sold at a reasonable price. He also has a great sense of humor, and is unbelievably helpful.

Had horrible results at WM in Emporia. Found Mr. Brady three yrs ago and am so grateful and impressed. He knows his profession. Don't bother with the 'off the street' hires at the big box stores. They are clueless and you'll still have problems. Love Brady optical.
Service you thought vanished in the 50's -- here's how great they are at Brady Optical. I have a difficult prescription to fill because of a childhood eye injury. My 8 year old pair of glasses from Brady's are the only pair in the last 20 years that don't give me headaches. Because of insurance rules, I tried to get an exam and glasses from Flint Hill Eye Care last year . . . week after week from July to November and I never got glasses that were wearable. Finally a different doctor at Flint Hill explained why my prescription was so difficult -- clarifying why BRADY's helped when others couldn't. Moved out of state and broke my Brady's glasses. A few phone calls to Brady's, priority mail and for less than the cost of a cheap online prescription, by good expensive glasses are back better than new. This doesn't even address the years of free adjustment and cleaning. Quality comes at a price. These were slightly more expensive than any other glasses I bought, but turned out over the long arc to be the best deal ever -- because of quality and service that the average public can't recognize because it's become so unusual.
Everyone was professional. Liked the selection of glasses-no reason to go elsewhere. In reference to a previous post-if you buy your glasses cheap online and expect Brady to adjust-that is rude and "cheap". I do not blame Brady at all!
I went in recently to get a new pair of glasses. They were very helpful showing me their selection and answering all my questions. I also went in once before to have my old pair of glasses fixed, even though I had never been a customer there, I was treated very well. I was pleasantly surprised both times with their efficency and their fair prices.
