I came to Dr. Roach from out of town. I had a brain injury and could not get help from my own eye doctor. I had a special case that no one wanted to touch. I found Dr. Roach and not only did she make time for my schedule since I was from out of town, she came in for me on her normal day off on a weekend. She was extremely patient with me as I was irritated by the time I saw her from lack of care I had been given from previous doctors. She took her time and gave me tests I never knew about since I was practically used for a paycheck before she came along. I sure wish I had the right words to explain how she genuinely CARED for me at her office. I can tell you that others before her did not care nor did they seem to have the most modern equipment they could have to repair the damage I had. Looking back at it all is so so frustrating because of what I know now. They are all running on the least amount of equipment to get by on helping anyone and not investing in what is needed to truly improve vision for people that I am sure, often come to them with either physical damage to the eyes or brain injury. I was pretty much treated as if I was just not worth helping and Dr. Roach literally changed all of that. I wish I had found her first. If you have to travel to see her I believe it is more than worth your time because she is literally doing things to help that other eye doctors just don't seem to think is important. If you are not seeing results like you should and keep going back to your eye doctor repeatedly, you are likely being played by your eye doctor. I highly recommend that you take your money to someone who actually works for you for it. Like I said, I just wish I had went to her sooner. She was originally recommended to me by Oklahoma visual services because I was having so many problems. She is absolutely, from my visual services counselors words, the best you will find. The counselor was right. This will be day three of having my glasses and it is not my first pair. It is the ONLY pair that is doing something to improve me being able to see. To sum it up, I have physical damage to my eyes from something called SJS (please look it up), brain injury, the beginning signs of cataracts, and lazy eyes and I can clearly see with these glasses. Somehow she addressed everything I just named with one pair of glasses and others simple told me there was nothing that they could do. That was a lie I was told because they didn't want to invest in the right equipment to help me. Having eye problems? I highly recommend Dr. Roach because everyone else is still in the 1970's.

I came here as I could not find an eye doctor who would take the time to work with me and my severe astigmatism. I am a photographer, and the sharpness of my eyesight is very important to me. I was not seeing as well as I thought I could with other doctors, and my suspicions were correct after I finally found Dr. Roach. She was able to spend time with me to really get things right, and when I left, I was astounded by the clarity and detail in my vision. I knew the doctors I had been working with before were just seeing me as another paid patient and shoving me out the door, thinking they knew what was best when I really needed just a bit more attention to detail. She has now worked with me twice over a 4-year period, and I have nothing but good things to say about her and the level of care she provides.
I have enjoyed going to this eye doctor for years been going there for probably 6+ years but today today I Was treated rudely by the receptionist and for her actions the doctor has lost three patients today myself my wife and my child will not be back in that office ever again
Love this places, eyeglass frames and lenses are a bit pricey...but, exams are done so thoroughly and results were sent to my PCP too. Front desk is an absolute delight...all around good people and services
This is the only doctor's office that has made my wife pay for the office visit, even though she has met her out of pocket max for the year. I even pulled up my BCBS app and showed them that it say plan pays 100%. They didn't care and said she had to pay it anyway. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Find a doctor's office that won't rip you off! This place is bad news, and we won't return.
