I had an outstanding experience from start to finish! Everyone in the office was so friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy, and checkout was just as smooth. The doctor was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood my eye health without ever making me feel rushed. Before I left, she even gave me a sample of eye drops to try, which was such a thoughtful touch. Excellent customer service, a caring doctor, and a very well-run office. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for great eye care. Five stars all the way!

This was my first time at Vision Source. I had been going to another eye doctor a couple years ago for quite some time. The staff is incredibly friendly. Jordan was such a doll. And the doctor told me some things I didn’t know and walked me through them. Then when it came time for glasses, they were all so helpful and nice. Great experience!

Lily provided outstanding assistance in selecting eyewear, going above and beyond to find frames that fit comfortably without placing pressure on my temples. Jennifer is always courteous, professional, and helpful, making every interaction pleasant and welcoming. The entire team delivers an exceptional standard of patient care, combining technical excellence with genuine concern for patient comfort and satisfaction. Their dedication, professionalism, and commitment to providing a positive patient experience are truly commendable. The reasons stated above and other nuances keep me returning year after year.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and knew abt my insurance change and very helpful. When I went back to the first person (so sorry I forgot the name), she was very friendly and explained what she was going to do, was also very patient with me. The dr came in, very friendly and explained what was going on talked to me abt my eyes. Rosie helped with frames, she is so good, I love talking to her.

Great timely service. I had eye pressure issues that they followed last year and then referred me to a Glaucoma specialist who has now resolved the issue. I’m always treated kindly and the staff from top on down are professional and competent. 5 plus stats
