Very disappointing visit to Brandon Eye Clinic. Took two hours to finally get to see the doctor. There were three times as many patients as the staff were able to move through the testing system efficiently. Many patients were complaining. The overbooking norm in this practice is not normal; it represents very poor patient management. Given the hordes of patients being moved through the practice, surely they can afford to double their testing staff from one person each in two tiny rooms for two different tests to two people and two sets of testing equipment, just to partly ease the blockages. No one apologized, ever, for the delays. All of the waiting rooms were at full capacity. When I finally met with the doctor and expressed frustration, he took great offense and made it all about him and how hard he works and how he deserves respect, and showed no concern at for patient inconvenience or feelings. I ended up with good results, but the process was terrible. The company that owns this business should be investigated for its scheduling practices and for the staffing/patient ratios and overall level of care. A patient survey would reveal how many people are dissatisfied. I did have a good previous visit with an optometrist, but today was awful. I’ll just find a better managed practice for future visits.

Dr. Taylor is wonderful! He takes his time with you, is thorough and makes sure all your questions are answered! He does not push unnecessary tests and will suggest eyedrops if needed (I have dry eyes) that you can buy at the store. His nurse is very helpful and has a great personality! Everyone from the front desk to the eye center are the best!! I highly suggest them!! I wish I could give them more than 5 🌟

I am not a current or former patient of Brandon Eye Clinic, but I can say while I was in Springdale for work this week my contact lense snapped in half at my hotel and I’m from Little Rock. The next morning I woke up and showed up at 8 am when they opened. I approached the lovely ladies at the front counter and began to explain to them my issue. Very kindly and quickly they helped me out and provided me what I asked for desperately which was a sample contact of my Rx strength. They saved my work day for sure and the drive home even though they could have just turned me away but instead they were gracious enough to help someone in need.

Staff is friendly and knowledgable. Enjoyed Dr. Brandon very much. I am new to NWA and really didn’t know how to choose a vision provider. A colleague mentioned Brandon and they are accepted by my insurance. I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Dr Brandon and team!
