Braverman Eye Center

Today I had my 1st visit at the Braverman Eye Center. So far my visit was good everyone is polite and helpful the girl (I did not catch her name) that check my vision to get new glasses was very patient and profecianal with me she took her time and I think did a wonderful job with me after I had my eyes dialate to be checked by the doctor she also was very polite, caring and professional she took her time with me explain everything top notch her and the whole staff from coming in the door till I left were wonderful. I also got my new eye glasses prescription also the lady in the store was very polite ,profecianal and friendly for me it was a very good experience from begging to end I will be back in two weeks to see another doctor. I will update this review then.

Very nice visit for my husband Nicholas's eye exam; each associate was pleasant and informative and professional. Dr. Shalanda Mc Callum provided an excellent exam in a minimal amount of time and very kind manner. Kudos also to Marsha who provided assistance with glasses; her friendliness, expertise, and dynamic personality made our visit an absolute pleasure. She also assisted us with very beneficial insurance information for which we are very grateful. Do I give 5 stars to Braverman? Yes, without hesitation! Thank you, Braverman!

Omg I had the most wonderful experience of my life , when I walked into the Braveman facility I waited only 5 min and I was introduced to a young technician his name was Thomas Carrie what an asset to this company , he was kind, professional, knowledgeable, patient , and thorough …. A TRUE GEM He is graduating next yr and I know he will change lives with his professionalism and caring personality that he has. Thank you so much He then assured me that I was in great hands with Dr Alan who was a composed experience specialist who also was not only gentle but very caring …. An absolute waste of time. I'm pissed off I wasted my insurance on these people. Dr. Mccallum walked in after the initial, spent 10 seconds looking at both eyes, made a comment about not wanting to get dilated and walked out, ABSOLUTELY USELESS. Not a single comment about prescription, if pressure is in my eyes were high. Just a smart ass remark and walked out. I broke my glasses and was wearing a four year old pair as backup's. In those four years, my prescription changed twice, but somehow magically back to my prescription from four years ago. Don't waste your time. You'll get better results, service at Costco.

I would not return to this office if you paid me. Staff was unattentive to people waiting. I went for eye exam for new glasses and all i got after 3 1/2 hours was a test for glaucoma. Had to make another appointment for exam. Just cancalled it. I don't want to return. Shame on Dr. Brave man for this miss service his way to line his pockets with insurance monies
