The receptionist is very rude. She told me my glasses would be ready in 2-4 weeks. I waited 4 weeks and never received a call. I called and she said she did call me when they were ready. That’s false. I went to pick them up around 5:30 because online, it says they close at 6. When I arrived, they were closed. I called about that. She left me a voicemail saying the time online is wrong and they actually close at 4:30. When I finally picked up my glasses, I looked at my file to see what phone number they had written down. It was wrong. I explained that to her and she said that I must have written it illegibly and that’s why they wrote the wrong number on file, blaming me. Will not go here again. There are nicer, more welcoming optometrist offices.
