I had the pleasure of visiting Brewer Eye Associates and had an excellent experience. Doriann at the front desk was incredibly helpful, friendly, and accommodating. She was able to schedule my appointment quickly and took the time to explain my vision insurance benefits in a way that was easy to understand. Her outstanding customer service made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her assistance and will definitely be returning next year. Highly recommend!

First time here and was in and out on my lunch break. Pleasant staff from the lab to shopping for glasses. Dr. Leport was very informative and experienced. She enjoys what she does. We spoke briefly on contacts and she even shared a video of what would take place in contacts training. Neat note is this Cottman location is owned by the same person who owns the Pearl Vision up the blvd. So you can be seen at either office and they will he able to view your records. Also, I went for contact lens training today 6/5 and DoriAnn was amazing. This training was sooo good. Please come see her

Deceptive practice. This practice is attempting to provide services I didn’t want or need. I wanted a simple eye exam and new glasses. They want to collect my health insurance information (just in case) the doctor finds something else. They want to know about the medicines I take. I already know about the growth behind my eye and see another doctor for that issue. I don’t need to share my whole heath history for an eye exam for glasses. I’m not new to this as I’ve been wearing glasses since 3rd grade. I have EyeMed which pays for my exam and glasses so why would I pay this practice for additional tests that I don’t need. I’ll get my prescription from somewhere else and return to LensCrafters to purchase my glasses. I will never get my eyes examined there as long as Dr. Gretchen J. Brewer & Associates are doing the exams. Deceptive practice.
