I usually never have an issue when coming to my appointments. But today was a bit different. Me and my son had a 1:45 pm appointment. We arrived at 1:40 pm. I could hear the doctor having a very loud conversation in her office then I realized she was on a personal call. So we sat there and waited. At about 2:10 pm another person came in and sat down. The doctor came out of her office a couple of minutes after. She took the other girl in her office as we waited until 2:33 pm. I wasn’t able to complete my appointment. But my son ended up staying. There was a reason why I scheduled my appointment at that time. My daughter gets out of school at 3:15 that would’ve gave me enough time if she didn’t waste 53 minutes of my time! My son ended up having to pay $32 in an uber. I was late picking up my daughter because of traffic. And now I have to reschedule my appointment and waste more gas to drive there! That was very inconsiderate and they showed no remorse over it! I am considering changing my eye doctor.

Ms. Sonya, Ms. Nu, and Dr. Tan made my first visit so warming and inviting. They answered my questions, explained everything thoroughly and had great selection on glasses. I'm always skeptical about new places, so I'm glad I found them.

This is an amazing company. Always have a great experience. Just picked up my possibly about my 9th pair of high end glass. My 1st pair of Prada. The place has the best prices, best selection and amazing Dr and staff. Id recommend to all!!!!!!

I would NEVER recommend this place. So unorganized, my grandson went without glasses for 2 months because of an ordering error on their part. I had to go into their office 4 separate times and each time was an unorganized disaster.

Always 5 stars. Been using them for years. I use no insurance and they manage to make every visit affordable. Remarkable people and service.
