Worst network of doctors I’ve encountered in my life. Don’t trust them and ESPECIALLY your children with any of your care or health choices. I was there for 2 hours explaining to that my symptoms shouldn’t allow me to go home, and have been abnormal for almost 2 years. May Allah cover and protect you and your loved ones.

Dr Pham is super amazing. Very thorough and shows so much empathy when I was at my lowest. However front end staff seems like they hate their job. Poor choices of words when they communicate with patients. Imagine checking in a pt and just being straight forward. Example: you have an appointment today? Yes- name? Jane id and insurance? Hands it to her. Versus: Good morning, Do you have an appointment with us today? Yes I do.Great let’s check you in. What’s your first name so that I can get you all checked in. Perfect have a seat and some one will call you back shortly. I feel like the front end is the face of the office and welcoming pts is where it starts to make a great experience GREAT. Then of course there’s the check in form with Phreesia that they have you fill out before your appt. Part of the questionnaire they ask is, how would you like the Einstein staff to address you. They definitely don’t read it because they call you back by your last name. Lmao not a big deal but, why push questionnaires to be answered if you don’t read pts request?
Im Here For The First Time, 8am Rude Awakening From The Woman At The front Desk! I Walk In,Waiting For Her To Ask Me What She Needed From Me.She Just Stared At Me! I Said Mam What Do I Need To Give You. She Replied Real Mean! Your ID & Ins I Said "Wow Good Morning To You To! Then She Said "Oh Gm.From My Military exp.& Manager Exp.This Definitely Wouldn't Be Her First Complaint! Just Got To Leave Her In Jesus Hands.
I like my doctor, but it is ridiculous how no one in the front office ever picks up the phone. I waited on the line for over an hour and no one picked up. I called the previous day as well and waited 30 minutes with still no answer. Do better Jefferson. Put people first if you want to improve their lives.
My new dr here is amazing and the staff are great. My care here has been prioritized so much better than my previous doctor did for me. I love this office.
