The front-desk receptionist at this office is extremely rude. The receptionist who works on Tuesday 04/21/2026 between 9-4PM, black female between the age 20-30s with an old dirty white wig was EXTREMELY RUDE and shouldn't be in the healthcare career. I will call to get her name and info, and will file formal complaint with the hospital. This behavior caused significant distress and is completely unacceptable for a medical facility that should prioritize patient care and compassion, and it's definitely DOES NOT represent the Jefferson Health's code of conduct and ethical standard.

Today, Wednesday, I had an appointment scheduled for the morning as a new patient. I made the appointment over the phone and made it clear that I don't have insurance, but the clinic gave me a referral to cover my expenses. It was difficult for me to organize myself since they gave me an appointment very early and I had to drop my son off at school. But I accepted it because it was the closest available. Going through all that, I arrived and at the office the receptionist was friendly, but explained to me that they couldn't see me because the insurance the clinic gave me was to see patients only on Wednesdays 😅 🙃 🤔🤦🏻♀️ but girl, today is Wednesday. They simply said they can't see you. You'll have to schedule another appointment. Ok, I won't bother. But they keep saying they won't schedule me there because they don't have Wednesdays available. I'll have to call them, or even go to another hospital that does cover that insurance, but I'll need a new referral form from my clinic. In short, they didn't want to see me, period. It's a Wednesday. There were no patients. I don't recommend this place at all; it's truly a waste of time. It's a shame they don't have a community service attitude. Pay somewhere else and don't come here.
The people in this place really acted up when I came for my visit! It's really hard to explain but my glasses are nice and im satisfied with them! This is the truth
Never going back to this place. Doctor rude and tried to force me to have something done I was not comfortable with. Going back to Jersey where I normally have my appts.Horrible, horrible, horrible service.
I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. Why am I waiting over two hous to see the doctor?! That is unacceptable. Why overbook patients and put them thru this. I put 3.5 hours aside out of my schedule for this appointment! And I showed up early and checked in online. There is no way I shouldn’t be able to be seen within three hours! The waiting room is packed with ppl. And it’s flu season. I ended up having to leave with my eyes dilated and not even being able to see a docter. And I paid for parking!
