This place is awesome. Dr. Brewer and his team are amazing. I also love that they have a wide selection of glasses and the option to get lenses that are high definition and thin with blue light protection. I appreciate having this asset in Gautier, MS. I remember the days of this business being in Singing River Mall. Thank you for your help! 🤓
Not sure how you guys even stay in business if you don't answer the phone to allow people to make appointments I've been calling for over 2 weeks even left a voicemail twice no answer no return call.
Although he was thorough, I will not return. He was very strange and didn’t know me from a hole in the wall but felt comfortable enough to bring up controversial topics (such as not being on Aubreigh Wyatt’s side) I acted in a neutral manner so I could just get some glasses but he had no idea I am close to the topic through family and friends. The receptionist was great and he has a cute dog in there so it’s the only reason I didn’t 1 star this place. I will not be back.
Thank you Brewer Optical!!! I had visited Walmart Vision, America Best in Mobile and still I was having some slight issues and felt rushed. Dr. Brewer took his time and explained to me what was going on. He also allowed me to ask whatever questions and was so very nice. I even met Buddy!! The young lady at the windows was some of the best customer service I've had!!! I would recommend Brewer to anyone wanting that personal touch. Thank you again!!!
I’ve been trying to call a few times a week for almost 2 weeks trying to make an appointment and no one ever answers the phone. It sounded like someone answered once but they just picked up the phone and hung up right away. Other than that it just rings continuously
