The staff are very nice and friendly. Overall I would say it was a good experience with my interactions in the store and I would recommend them. That said, the reason I am only giving them 4 stars was due to the process of getting the glasses themselves. Due to an injury, I was in urgent need of a temporary pair of prescription prism glasses. It took a couple weeks to get the appointment and then a couple more to have the glasses made. When I arrived to pick them up, the lens were incorrect and they had to send them back which took another couple of weeks. Given I desperately needed these glass as part of my recovery plan but only need them for a couple months, waiting a month and a half just to get them somewhat defeated the whole point. Combined with how expensive they were, this created a bit of an overall frustrating experience. I will acknowledge that a good portion of this problem is contributed to their supplier not the store itself. But it doesn’t change the reality that the process was not set up well to support my needs.
