Updating to reply to them because they are lying. The prescription IS NOT expired and I didn’t change lenses. Not only are they lying, they are using private medical data public without consent and I will be pursuing legal action and filing complaints with the proper government agencies. This response has been recorded. North and Watson has broken several laws. This could have been an easy and lawful Situation for them if they would have provided what they were required to by law. Front desk staff doesn’t understand or know what they are doing. Won’t release my prescription when it’s within the years. Trying to make me have a new prescription done for the same contacts I’ve been wearing for 20 years. They tried to make me change to new brand and I didn’t like and want to go back to the old ones, but they won’t let me without a new eye exam even though my current one is under 2 years. My whole family has been seen here for years but that stops now. They’ve become another corporate money grab. Avoid if you don’t want extra fees and them breaking the law.

The service here was top-notch and I can’t rate the team highly enough. I was able to secure an eye exam right on the spot. The process was smooth, non-invasive, and personable. The highlight of my visit was meeting Melinda who went above and beyond to offer the best deals possible on frames and lenses - with more value than if I had just followed my insurance benefits out the window. I've been seeing Dr. Dixon at various North & Watson locations for years. She and the staff are always so friendly and professional. Scheduling an appointment is always extremely easy. Don't hesitate if you're looking for an optometrist.

Dr. Dixon has been my optometrist for many years. I find her very thorough and willing to explain my eye health. I like her so much that I have followed her to two locations neither of which were close to me.
