My family has been using this provider for years and the clinical care and service is great. One of the doctors stayed late to accommodate an ocular injury. I've had complicated glasses RXs and they have worked very hard with me to get the prescription correct. Progressive lens fitting for someone with vertigo is very challenging. I was there today to get my glasses adjusted and Eric (optical technician) did a superb adjustment on two pairs of glasses. He had several helpful suggestions on how to adapt my glasses and for having them work better with masks.

My prescription was wrong so I scheduled an appointment to get it adjusted and had to wait over a month. The day before the appointment they called to reschedule and couldn't fit me in for another month. Multiple providers and they couldn't accommodate an appointment they pushed when I'm trying to get seen because the prescription they gave me is wrong.
