I recently had an eye exam here and shopped for a new pair of glasses. I regrettably do not remember the technician's name, but she was amazing! Super kind, helpful, and good at her job. I've been to a good amount of eye doctors before and don't remember ever having an experience this great. For one, the tech was great with the machines, especially the one that puffs air into your eye. I had a negative experience elsewhere with that device and the tech having to try over and over for like 5 minutes, but this time was quick and easy. I saw Dr. Sarah Alquist for the full exam. The whole thing took barely half an hour. She was quick but thorough, and was exceedingly kind and helpful throughout the whole process. She was professional and friendly. I truly felt like she listened to my concerns and took the time to explain things in an easy to understand manner. Finally, I looked at their glasses selection and paid for the exam with Erin. She was also great! Super helpful, asked good questions to find options for frames, and was very patient throughout my indecisiveness. Overall, I had an amazing experience, and will definitely stick with this establishment for future care. Here, they treat you like a person, like they actually care about you, your health, and your happiness, and not like a bother or just someone paying them to perform the bare minimum.

I highly recommend Broadview Eye Center. I’ve visited several eyewear providers, and the level of professionalism displayed by their staff—combined with an excellent selection of frames—truly sets them apart. A special thank you to Erin for her outstanding service. She took the time to help me select the perfect pair of glasses, ensured precise measurements, and fitted them flawlessly. I couldn’t be more pleased with both the experience and the final results !
Very kind, patient and professional staff from the moment you walk in until you leave. Also very thorough. The tech was so patient giving very clear directions. My eye doctor found scars from years ago that no other doctor ever found. And she answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. And the woman who helped me pick out my new frames was incredible. She worked with me until I found the perfect frame. They treat you like a person with individual needs. Not like just another client. Highly recommend.
Amazing service! I had lots of help and quality customer service. Everyone here is always smiling and positive. Super clean and aesthetically pleasing office. They helped me with all of my contact lense needs. They are also extremely up to date with eye care products and knowledge. Looking forward to going back! Throughly enjoyed talking with the staff there too! :)
For the most part, my experiences here have been excellent, and I truly appreciate the care I have received. I did want to share an interaction from today that may serve as a helpful teaching opportunity. When I came to pick up my glasses, the technician commented, in a manner that did not feel very confidential, that I had “quite” the prescription. When I asked what she meant, she explained that my prescription was stronger than average, although she had “seen worse.” While I understand there was likely no negative intent, comments about a patient's medical condition or prescription can be sensitive. Patients may have experienced significant vision challenges, eye emergencies, or other circumstances that are not immediately apparent. Approaching these conversations with discretion, respect, and compassion can help patients feel more comfortable and supported. I am sharing this feedback because the care I have otherwise received has been wonderful, and I believe this is an opportunity to further enhance the positive experience your office provides. Thank you for taking the time to consider my perspective.
