I was seen after a MVA. The staff was reassuring, efficient, quick to assess my injuries. They provided explanations, plan of care, test results. From registration to Nick-PA, Dr. Scheile- the attending- excellent care was provided. The nurses, medics and techs were wonderful and I felt that I was in good hands.
This Metro is so well staffed, organized, clean and take care of you leaving no stone unturned. I had Emma as my PA, she found and treated a disease I didn't even know I had. She really spends time to get to know you truly excellent. Her nurse Christine is equally wonderful, she keeps you abrased of what the doctor is doing she make sure that you're comfortable she answers your question she's friendly and very knowledgeable you just know you're in good hands if you get Emma and Christine if I could read them 10 I would. It is remarkable how few patience there were, I am hesitant to be bragging and how great it is I like being able to get in and out :-) thanks again to all those at Metro for taking such good care of me.
I been coming to urgent care at this location for over 5 years, I'm driving about 35 minutes, but is worth it 👌. Compared with other urgent care around Cleveland area for me this is the best. I'm very thankful to the doctors and nurses that take care of us 🙏
I’ve brought my 7 year old who has a fever, ear infection and double pink eye bad cough and can hardly talk and apparently that isn’t emergency enough, there was a grown teenager boy who looked to be 17 who came in with his parent walking on his own talking but wearing a face mask because he’s sick, they came after us and he was determined to be more emergent than my 7 year old who is less than 40 pounds. We have recently had a lapse in my daughter’s medical insurance and I truly feel like we were made to wait because we were the uninsured family. I will be reaching out to someone about the situation because honestly it was unacceptable. I would understand if the other patient was actually more of an emergency but that just wasn’t the case. Emily the receptionist for the day was very rude and acted as if she had better things to do than to talk to me, I was rushed through the intake and wasn’t even asked to verify any of my child’s info no proof they didn’t even want me to print my name just put a signature even though there was other spaces for info that said it was needed, Emily went outside to get food and also left again to go to her vehicle, it really just seemed like she had other things that were more important to her than to help my child, she was constantly texting on her watch and took personal phone calls.
