Extremely unorganized! My friend is 7 months pregnant and went in for bloodwork which she was told she was not supposed to eat beforehand and they had her waiting FOUR HOURS before taking her blood. A pregnant woman waiting from 9am until nearly 1pm! Without food since the night before! Absolutely ridiculous! You guys need to do better, this is peoples health you’re dealing with to just brush it off as if waiting 4 hours for bloodwork is normal. Absolutely not.

Horrible experience it has been 45 days that I am trying to call for my HRT prescription order back and forth to the doctor and pharmacy doctor initially did not send the prescription since he was on vacation and then after so many calls he send one prescription and then had to call plenty of times to get the 2nd medication ordered. I am out of medication for almost a week and they don’t even care…:(

This was my first time here and the whole staff was so nice. I didn't sit long and I was super late and they still took me. They were attentive to my needs and no one was unprofessional. I'm scared of needles and the young lady that took my blood was sooooooooo good I didn't feel a pinch. I love the environment nice...calm..quiet and very professional.

I had a great experience for my first visit to the office, everyone was nice and helpful. the provider Sanchez was quick and effective and the MA crew was also very professional and prompt.
