I dont appreciate that I have to wait 2 or 3 hours maybe longer to be called and it always over crowded. You need to arrange a different time frame is not fair for us patients and Doctor too.They dont even provide water, tea or snacks to be waiting many hours.

Bad experience in this center, 3 people in reception they put a sheet to sign in, and I wait 40 minutes, and the 3 of them talk each others and no one asked me for nothing, the doctor called me to check if I come in, and I told him, I was in the building, after that I wait 15 minutes more, so when I ask for what reason they have a sheet in the clipboard to sign in, one of them told me to setup everything to see the doctor
