I've utilized this company for years and I'm quite satisfied. However, there's always room for improvement. The issue with seating could be handled better where the staff enforce not taking up space (with strollers, walkers, and belongings) or even moving chairs around; there needs to be adequate seating for all patients being seen during any timeframe. There could/should also be a speaker (or walkie talkie, intercom system, etc.) in the hallway so anyone waiting outside of the office can hear their name called, the staff should also say the name(s) 2-3 times before moving along. When a document is given to the patient, the staff should ask if it needs to be forwarded to another provider, just to confirm that everyone's on the same page. Overall, it's a decent company/office and more people could utilize their services.

I had a very disappointing experience with Jackie at this eye clinic. During my visit, she was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While I was sitting there, she spoke about me in a disrespectful manner instead of addressing me directly and respectfully. She also made inappropriate comments and used unprofessional language while cleaning my eyes, which left me feeling embarrassed, humiliated, and uncomfortable. Patients deserve to be treated with dignity, kindness, and respect. No one should feel humiliated while receiving medical care. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, addresses this behavior, and ensures that future patients are treated with the professionalism and compassion they deserve.
Let me just start by saying that I've been going to this clinic consistently for at least 10yrs, and I've never left feeling this way. The staff was surprisingly rude. There was a complete lack of communication, professionalism, and basic kindness. I work too hard to spend money with people who treat me as though I'm bothering them..
It's always a good day for me and my eyes when I've gotten to see Dr. Patel. You will never meet another medical professional as amazing as Dr. Patel. He's professional but warm, friendly, he's efficient but still hears you out. Not rushing you out or only half listening. And he remembers his patients even if it's a year between visits!! Been coming here for years. Oh and front desk and the rest of the staff are amazing too. Very minimal or non existent wait times. This place is the best!! -Raquel Gersten
At Bronx Eye Associates for the first time and already having a terrible time. I walked in and nobody addressed me. They’re just staring into their computer screens like their lives depend on it. No warmth, no empathy, no regard for human lives aka the customers they’re servicing. I tried to ask if I should sit down after signing in, and while she did answer my question, not once did she look to see who was even talking to her. Now just sitting here, wondering if I’ll ever get called. Scared to ask a question because I live in a world where if you talk to someone it’s considered a bad thing. Do I guess I’ll just drown in my curiosity. Until the truth surfaces. It’s only been 10 minutes. Stay tuned to see if anything changes. So they ended up redeeming themselves. Review started off on a negative note but ended up being positive. I was seen after about 10 minutes, and got my tests done. Doctor was great as well. Just up your customer service game if you're behind the counter, and maintain a cleaner environment (floors and chairs).
