I’m honestly disappointed with how much the quality of care at this office has declined. I’ve been coming here for over 10 years for my contact lenses and eye care, and my recent experiences have been unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. After my eye exam, I waited over a month for the optometrist to call me back to confirm my contact lens prescription, but I never received a call. During that time, I was left wearing biweekly trial lenses for over a month because I had no update on my prescription. I eventually went in person and placed my contact lens order on May 22, 2026. I was repeatedly assured that I would receive a phone call once the lenses were ready, yet after more than three weeks, I still never received any communication. Every time I called, I was told to continue waiting because my prescription was “high.” Then today, 06/15/2026, when I called again, the assistant initially told me the lenses were still not ready. In disbelief, we called back just a few minutes later, and suddenly they were available for pickup. The organization and communication at this office have clearly declined. Ever since the original staff left and the office stopped opening on Saturdays, the overall experience has not been the same Unfortunately, I will not be returning anymore.
