Dr. Jackson Pond and his staff were very friendly and professional. They got me checked in promptly when I needed to be seen for an urgent eye issue. Dr. Pond was very thorough during the exam, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made sure I understood my treatment plan. The entire office had a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere, and I felt well cared for from start to finish. I would highly recommend Dr. Pond and his team.

As always treated with the utmost respect and kindness. The staff are so friendly and set you right at ease. They are knowledgeable about their field at the ready to answer questions. Dr Twitero is the kindest person, giving the most extensive eye exam making sure everything is healthy. I would recommend him to anyone seeking good honest care.He has been my doctor for over 10 years. Hoping for many more.

I am a new patient at the Brookings Vision Center and had a wonderful experience at my recent appointment. It is a beautiful building -- very clean and presents a friendly and caring atmosphere from all of their team. I was extremely impressed with the professional and friendly care that I received from both Dr. Trisha Morehouse and her assistant. Dr. Morehouse is very personable and clearly has expertise in testing eyes for glaucoma. She answered all of my questions with ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Morehouse and her staff! We are fortunate to have such talent and technology in our Brookings community!

I have been to Numerous optometrists in my life and this was definitely the best experience I ever had!! Doctor pond and his team were very attentive.Thorough and caring during my appointment. I called to schedule the appointment and they were able to get me in right away within One day. They also take medicaid And have a great selection of glasses that are covered with the medicaid. I highly recommend this office for your eye care needs!!! Thank you, doctor pond and Cora ,Casey And other associates for this wonderful experience!!

We really loved this place, you walk in the door, the receptionist was amazing and quick, the lady that came out to get us, (i cannot remember her name) was right on top of everything explained in detail all of what all she was doing, and stayed with us the entire time. Dr Pond was right in and he explained everything that he was going to do, awesome job! We will definitely be switching all kids to BROOKINGS VISION CENTER. Everyone was very efficient in their work!
