Always an amazing experience. This was the shop I went to as a kid and all through my teen to adult years. I moved out of state for about 9 years, came back and still the same quality as I remember! Never found another shop like this one. :)
This place is amazing! Everyone is so nice and incredibly helpful. Dr. Susan takes the time to explain everything she finds during the exam in detail and answer all questions you have. They did forget to order my contacts one time, but were very apologetic about it, put a rush on the order, provided me with an extra temporary pair, and they came in the following business day.
My 1st visit & had a great experience. The doctor and staff are very courteous, accommodating, & informative. Beautiful store & products- very clean, neat, organized, & welcoming. Will be a permanent patient from here on. Will definitely refer family & friends as well.

My wife and I stopped in for an appointment a few weeks back. We scheduled eye exams and were fitted with new glasses. I cannot say enough about the experience, the people, the treatment, and the expertise we witnessed was absolutely extraordinary. My wife told me the only reason she never wore her older glasses (prescribed by different organization) was because they didn’t feel right and the prescription was incorrect, “the people at the Optical Shop know what they are doing”, were her exact words. They took the time to make sure everything was perfect. In my opinion, I cannot remember seeing images so clear and sharp as I do now. It’s like looking through a kids eyes again. Completely amazing… and the care was above and beyond anything I’ve ever observed before, truly a team atmosphere driven by great leadership with customer satisfaction being the ultimate goal. Thank you again!
