I’m canceling my surgery after coming to this place. I had a really bad infected tooth and though I’m appreciative they took it out for 2 days I am in the worst pain imaginable and I had to call and beg them just to prescribe ibuprofen. I understand the opioid crisis but this is crazy. No way I’m having any surgeries here

I recently accompanied my mother to NYU Lutheran Family Health Center in Brooklyn. The front desk experience wasn’t great — my mom needed help checking in and felt ignored, which was disappointing. However, the clinical staff made a big difference. They were friendly, patient, and very accommodating. The providers took their time to listen and explain everything clearly, and she felt well cared for once she was seen.

Usually never do it but this is my first time ever to give 1 star review to any of businesses . Hung on the line for the good 20 minutes, then the lady on the line told me they don’t take any of external referrals for the root canal specialist ,I must have an appointment scheduled with their general dentist first . The first appointment is available within a “couple of month” she said in November . Then when I asked her about any other alternative ways to solve my issue . She hung up the phone . Remember please or remind your doctor and yourself about The Hippocratic Oath . It is the oath of the doctors not hypocrites . Thanks and Regards

Worst clinic ever, the stuffs probably didn’t get trained properly. They don’t know how to do their job and the attitude is terrible.

I came to this hospital at 9 in the morning, and by 1 PM I still hadn't been seen. I was in terrible pain from a toothache I couldn't stand anymore. The staff were extremely slow and unprofessional. I also noticed that they were giving priority only to Chinese patients. I felt completely ignored and discriminated against. This kind of racist behavior is unacceptable. I will never come back to this place again.
