For the past 2 weeks, I’ve tried calling Brooklyn Eye Care to schedule vision exams. The greeting says to leave a message but after the beep, “the mailbox is full and cannot accept any messages at this time.” I drove to the office at 11:15 am today but the place is closed. We would appreciate a sign with the appropriate hours and when you’re returning if closed.
I made an appointment with them for Friday. I come at the appointment time and the door is locked. Hours on the door say it's open, but nobody answers the door when I knock. I call and the voicemail says their hours are only Tuesday-Thursday? So why did they make an appointment with me for Friday????
Dr Vivian used warmth and humor to help my 7 year old daughter get over her jitters during her eye exam. Marissa is super organized and responsive. My daughter was having big feelings about having to choose new frames (she was in very attached to the old ones!) and Marissa was so patient and kind with her. I can’t recommend them enough!
I had my first visit, And I think I found my eye doctor! Dr. Vivian is really nice! She will explain to you everything, unlike others. great staff, clean environment. I will definitely recommend this clinic!
What an absolute delight! I moved to Minnesota from Washington D.C. and needed to locate a new Optometrist. I made an appointment with Brooklyn Eye Care and immediately experienced 5-star service. From a text message reminder of my appointment, a phone call the day before to confirm, the wonderful welcome when we entered the office, and the thoroughness/professionalism of Dr. Ekemezie! My husband and I have found our eye doctor!! 🤩 10/10!!
