I had a wonderful experience at Brooksville Optical. The staff treats you like family — patient, friendly, and always ready to help. The office is impressively clean, bright, and comfortable, which immediately puts you at ease. The owner, Mr. Toledo, is a gem in this community. He is attentive, respectful, and clearly passionate about providing the best care possible. You can feel his dedication in every detail of the clinic. Brooksville Optical is a place you can trust wholeheartedly. I love this place🥰!

I called earlier in the morning today to see if they had samples and frames of a certain item. I was told yes. I let them know I live pretty far and wanted to make sure before I waste time and gas. I drive all the way here and they say they have no samples of what I want and no apologies for missinforming me. Seems like they just wanted me to come and purchase. The plan was to purchase with them but not anymore.

Scammed me out of $40 told me my insurance didn’t cover my 2year old daughters a glasses (which were medically needed ) and told me they didn’t cover for the toddler glasses, so my two-year-old has a pair of normal glasses on her face that have already broke within seconds. I called my insurance just about to verify and see if I did get scammed and they even said that they should’ve been fully covered by the insurance because she is 2 years old under 21 and it was medically needed. I personally feel that somebody definitely needs to make it right and yes, I did leave a voicemail and I tried my hardest to be as nice as I could, but I really feel screwed over …

Went to Brooksville optical spent around 900.00 for eye test frames around 319 changed lens twice my glasses are totally worthless to me driving in daylight second set of lenses extra active are supposed to darken in a vehicle which they don’t and mowing my lawn with a hat on don’t? Was told by a woman that the suns rays are blocked by my hat ? Really the ultra violet rays bounce off the ground??gave me a invoice from St Pete vendor and they said there’s nothing they can do ?? Really these Transition Extra/Active lenses are garbage !!!! Huge Song & Dance Can’t drive across the causeways in Tampa my lenses are blinding either these lenses are genuine garbage or the broucher that states they darken in a vehicle are fraudulent I guess my only option is small claims court and spend more money ! Don’t waste your time if you want quality lenses

Beware insurance fraud!! I was overcharged for my glasses, insurance claim and codes were submitted wrong, I was charged for things I didn’t ask for. Love my glasses I just wanted to be refunded what I overpaid, instead of trying to work it out, I was treated terrible and they only offered a full refund if I returned the glasses which I had to do because they wouldn’t comply to the insurance guidelines, this is insurance fraud. This is supposed to be a Christian organization, but their character does not represent! Seriously disappointed and can’t believe that they treat patient’s this way.
