This was my first time visiting Brown’s Eye Center, and my experience was absolutely great. Thank you Heather for getting me an appointment so quickly. Dr. Brittany Wright was super nice, very professional, and very knowledgeable about the best option for my route eye care. Also, Halleigh was really great and nice with explaining about my new contacts I decided on. Thank you to everyone at Brown’s Eye Center on Russell Pkwy! 😊

Fantastic service! A wide variety of frames to choose from! I received excellent service from Alicia. I have been wearing glasses my entire life and she always picks the nicest frames that are trendy and profressional. Please visit Brown's Eye Center!!!! Dr. Doug was very nice too!!!!

Once this place gets my glasses correct and I received the product that I have paid a lot of money for I will never return to this establishment. They have no idea what they are doing and so incompetent is actually sad. Such a waste of my time… Don’t waste yours.

I got my glasses back a few months back but they didn’t give me the right ones they were too strong for my eyes so I took them back and explained the problem , Tricia went out her way to help me and told me they were gonna get me some new ones after checking my eyes out she was very helpful and took a personal interest in my needs we need more people like that that’s dedicated to help people beyond the call of duty!

I had been dealing with pink eye issues for four months. Other eye Drs. Couldn't find the issue. I went to Brown's Eye Center and Dr. Patel pinpointed it after a thorough overview of my eye. I. So relieved and now next week we can get it taken care of at last! I will definitely be going back there from now on, thank you Dr. Patel.
