My kids and I really enjoyed our experience here. The doctor was super nice and helped my daughter through her eye exam. She's only 8 so it was all very new to her. I also wanted to mention Tristan, she was so wonderful, kind, and helpful. I really appreciated her patience, welcoming demeanor, and willingness to help.

Been going here for years no problems dr and staff are great! And they do take Medicaid for adults

Took my 9 year old here for her annual eye exam for the first time. since My Eye Dr. weren't taking patients under 10 years old anymore with their newer system, their receptionist recommended this place. Downtown's doc and their staff were very nice. And although our budget was limited for a number of frames, we picked something nice that complimented my daughter's face, they had a bit of every style. And her new pair of glasses were ready a week early than they estimated -Lucky! Thank you Downtown Opticians. Will be coming back.

This Dr made my vision worse. I don’t recommend anyone to use this facility. He even stated I’ll be blind by 50
