I love the staff at this station! They are extremely patient, friendly and helpful to me and my kids. Every visit, with the staff, is with fun and laughter as if we've all been besties for years. All the equipment used for the eye exam is high tech, so you have the choice of an traditional direct face to face eye exam or more technical exam with the equipment. Every doctor, whether you see them face to face or over telecom, is very friendly, extremely knowledgeable and cares about your visual health. The prices are very reasonable to where my insurance covers all expenses. I thank Jesus for you all for the love you show to each patient old and young. Have an abundantly blessed week!

I had a wonderful experience on my visit. Prompt, Professional, service. The Doctor was especially great in explaining every procedure and answered any questions that I had,in detail. The staff was was courteous, Professional from intake to exit. Thank you for a great visit.

I have been going here for a few years and really enjoyed each visit. But then they got a new person working up front and I called to say I'd be five minutes to my appointment. They said it was fine. When I walked in the person told me they can't see me and to reschedule. I reminded her of our conversation and she didn't care. I've never been late to my appointments before and this was a first. It's clearly not a place for me anymore. I'm a full time working mom of 3 and if I'm late once in a while I'd like for someone to understand and maybe show me some grace. This place can't do that so I have to take my business elsewhere.

I cannot recommend VisionWorks in Warner Robins highly enough! From the very first phone call, my experience was exceptional, thanks in large part to Karen. She was incredibly helpful while scheduling my appointment and navigating my insurance coverage. One of the highlights of my visit was the transparency regarding fees. At a previous provider, I was charged a $50 out-of-pocket fee for retinal imaging that I was told wasn't covered by insurance. At VisionWorks, I was thrilled to find that this imaging was actually included in my benefits. Saving that extra $50 was a wonderful surprise and spoke volumes about their integrity. This was also my first time experiencing a virtual eye exam. While I wasn't sure what to expect from a telehealth visit, the process was smooth, professional, and very efficient. The entire staff was attentive and truly went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, both for contact lenses and eyeglasses. As someone who had LASIK over 10 years ago, I had hoped to never need corrective lenses again. While my vision has changed since then, the team here made the transition back into contacts feel easy and positive. I am simply grateful to have clear vision again and to be supported by such a caring team. If you are looking for a professional, affordable, and compassionate eye care center, VisionWorks in Warner Robins is the place to go.
