I called to make an eye exam appt for my daughter whos having trouble seeing far away weeks ago. Today was the appt. They called and left a voicemail saying they wanted to see if it was possible we move it up. I called back and told them no, I needed the latest appt which is what I asked for at the time of scheduling. She said "well I think the dr. Needs to leave early he has an appt so can we reschedule for a different day then." Completely unprofessional to call day of. He didnt know about this "appt" sooner? I understand emergencies happen but with what she said in the voicemail and then what she said when I called back, I feel like they just didnt have any appts after the morning and didnt feel like sitting there until afternoon just for one. So now we have to be inconvenienced. I even told them my daughters been suffering headaches. They didn't care. I will go elsewhere.

I had an emergency with my left eye lid swollen and the eye felt like it had something in it so I went to see the doctor at 8 AM, but was told by the receptionist that the doctor has no appointments until May 1 and that I could go to the Hospital Emergency, which I did which was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. My wife and I will be looking for a different doctor

Dr. Keenan and his staff couldn’t be more personable or professional. My appointment was handling in a timely manner. The staff was courteous and clear in the explanation of their part of the exam. Dr. Keenan was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, clear about my examination and the results. I highly recommend this office to anyone.

Dr. Keenan was great! From the moment I walked into his office everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Keenan and his staff worked quickly and precisely assessing my vision issue. Also, to top it off, about a week after my appointment, once my glasses were ready for pick up, I arrived late to get them due to an accident but Dr. Keenan was nice enough to open his business back up for me and give me my prescription glasses. I'm very glad he did too because I didn't realize how bad my vision was....

My parents have seen Dr. Keenan for years and they recommended me to see him as well. I was just seen for my annual eye exam and was very impressed! I didn’t wait in the reception area for very long, the assistant was very nice and personable, and Dr. Keenan always takes his time to do the exam and explain his findings. I also think it’s impressive that he walks his patients out to the checkout counter. I have never been to a doctor’s office that does that!
